One system to run
your entire plant

Metraforge is ERP software for steel tube and pipe manufacturers. Sales, inventory, manufacturing, purchase and dispatch in one place — with twenty-six built-in reports, role-based access, a mobile app, and Tally export so your accounts team keeps working the way it already does.

  • Order to production to dispatch, entered once
  • Batch tracking with fields you define
  • Twenty-six reports built in, no BI add-on
  • Web and native mobile, on your own database

What changes when it is
all one system.

Most plants run on a mix of accounting software, spreadsheets and paper. Each is fine on its own; the cost sits in the gaps between them.

The same data entered three times

An order is typed into one place, production into another and the invoice into a third. Metraforge carries a sales order through production, dispatch and invoicing as one record, so it is entered once.

Spreadsheets doing the real work

Stock, pending orders and production status drift into parallel spreadsheets that nobody fully trusts by month-end. One system holding all of it means the numbers on screen are the numbers.

No answer to "where did this material come from?"

Every batch records a parent, so material that is split or cut stays linked to its source, and a traceability report follows the chain in either direction.

Reports that take a week to assemble

Twenty-six reports ship built in — stock valuation, ageing, scrap analysis, WIP, ledgers, GST summary — so the monthly pack is a page load rather than a project.

Everyone can see everything

Permissions are set per role and users can be scoped to their own sites, so the dispatch team sees dispatch and not your margins. Changes land in an audit log.

Re-typing invoices into Tally

A dispatch exports as a Tally-ready sales voucher XML. Your books stay in Tally and your CA keeps working the way they already do, without anyone keying the same invoice twice.

Everything the plant runs on,
in one place.

Modules share one set of records, so an order flows into production, out through dispatch and into an invoice without being re-entered at any step.

Reporting is usually where an ERP quietly turns into a second project. These ship with the product and run against live data.

Built to be run
by a real business.

01

Your own database

Your data is kept entirely separate from every other customer — not pooled into one shared system. Your costs, customers and order book stay yours alone.

02

Role-based access

Permissions are configured per role, and users can be scoped to the sites they actually work at, so people see the part of the business that concerns them.

03

Audit log

Changes are recorded with who made them and when, so a disputed number has a history you can read rather than an argument you have to settle.

04

Web and mobile

A web application for the office and a native mobile app for the shop floor and dispatch, both working against the same records.

05

Guided onboarding

A step-by-step setup wizard with industry configuration templates — document numbering, units, categories, HSN suggestions and custom fields preset rather than built from scratch.

06

Configurable to your process

Custom fields on products, batch attributes you define, your own work order statuses, and document numbering that follows your financial-year format.

Questions manufacturers
ask us first.

What is Metraforge?

Metraforge is ERP software for manufacturers, used by steel tube and pipe makers. It covers sales, inventory, manufacturing, purchase and dispatch in one system, with built-in reporting, role-based access and a mobile app. Your data is kept entirely separate from other customers.

Does Metraforge work with Tally?

Yes, through export. Any dispatch can be exported as a Tally-ready sales voucher XML and imported into your Tally company, so the same invoice does not get typed twice. You map your Tally ledger, stock item and godown names once in settings. Your books stay in Tally, and your accountant and CA carry on exactly as they do today.

Is Metraforge GST compliant?

Metraforge raises GST invoices with HSN codes, GST rates and place of supply, and includes an HSN-wise GST summary report. E-way bill numbers are recorded against a dispatch and printed on the delivery challan. IRP e-invoicing — pushing an invoice for an IRN and signed QR code — is not currently supported.

Can we track material by batch?

Yes. Any product can be flagged for batch tracking, and each batch carries the attributes that matter to your process — you define the fields, so width, thickness, grade or heat number are configurable rather than fixed. Every batch records a parent, so material that is split or cut stays linked to what it came from, and a batch traceability report follows that chain in either direction.

What reports come built in?

Twenty-six reports ship with the product, covering sales and purchase registers, stock summary, valuation, ageing and movements, WIP valuation, scrap analysis, production and work order summaries, batch traceability and register, customer and supplier ledgers, receivables and payables ageing, cash flow, GST summary, and salesperson and supplier performance.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes. Metraforge ships a native mobile app alongside the web application, so shop-floor and dispatch staff can work from a phone or tablet instead of a desk.

Can we control what each user sees?

Yes. Metraforge uses role-based access control with permissions you configure per role, and users can additionally be scoped to specific locations. Changes are recorded in an audit log.

Does it handle multiple plants and warehouses?

Yes. Premises represent physical sites, each holding one or more warehouse locations. Stock is tracked per location, transfers between locations are recorded, and users can be restricted to the sites they work at.

How is our data kept separate from other customers?

Your data is kept completely separate from every other customer. Nothing of yours is stored alongside another business, so there is no chance of your costs, customers or order book being visible to anyone outside your company.

How long does implementation take?

It depends on how many sites you run, how clean your existing masters and opening stock are, and whether you are moving off another system. Metraforge includes a guided onboarding wizard and industry configuration templates to shorten setup. We scope timelines against your actual operation during the demo rather than quoting a standard number.
